The Shift, Part 2: Zero Point

What’s behind the Shift? What’s causing it? The Earth. The Earth is going through a cyclical change and it is having an enormous effect on us. We can see evidence in the increasing natural disasters around the Earth. However the biggest shift will be the Polar Shift. It is hypothesized that in the near future (2012?) the magnetic poles will switch places. There is physical evidence that they have moved before, (something about iron filings in solidified lava on the ocean floor, and the fact that it was pointing toward Hawaii) but I’m not going to get into all of that here (if you are interested, read Awakening to Zero Point by Gregg Braden. However, I did read a review on the book that said there was no scientific evidence to back this up. Decide for yourself). In order for this Polar Shift to take place, the Earth will have to slow it’s rotation, come to an eventual stop (Zero Point) and then start up again in the opposite direction. After this, the sun will rise in the West and set in the East. The most catastrophic result of this: the water in our toilets will swirl in the opposite direction! (haha)

The most amazing thing about this is that it will be a worldwide event. Not something localized to one country, but something that will affect everyone. It will not happen halfway around the World, making it easy not to care. There will be no denying the magnitude of this event. Best of all, there is no one to blame. When something “bad” happens, a lot of people like to point a finger at the one responsible. Blame will not apply, and instead, everyone will just have to figure out how to deal with it themselves.

Another thing to take into consideration is that, at the moment of Zero Point, there will probably be no, or very little magnetic field, since it is about to shift the opposite way. When the Earth starts to move again and the magnetic field kicks back in, this time with the Poles at the opposite ends of the Earth, there will probably be a great surge of electro-magnetic energy. I think that this will possibly have the effect of a worldwide Electro Magnetic Pulse. It is possible that after Zero Point, all electronics across the world will be rendered useless. Whether this is a good thing or a bad thing will depend on each individual’s dependence on machines.

Another theory that I’ve heard concerns plastic. Plastic is made by forcing molecules together in a toxic process. Very unnatural. Since part of the point of the Shift is for Mother Earth to cleanse herself and get rid of anything unnatural, one of the results of this shockwave is to unbind plastic at a molecular level. Plastic as we know it will cease to exist, however, left in its place will be the molecules that were originally forced together. This will cause a huge problem where bottled water is concerned. Not only will all of that water be released, but what’s left of the plastic will be contaminating the water. Hopefully most people will be able to figure out a way to filter the water.

The Shift, Part 1: Frequency Shift

By now you may or may not have heard about things such as “The Shift” or “Crystal Shift” or “The Mayan Calendar ending in 2012” or “Zero Point” or “The Rapture”. I’m going to present to you some of the information that I have compiled, along with some opinions. They are not necessarily my beliefs, for as Kevin Smith and Tool have reminded me, beliefs make us stagnant: it is better to have ideas.

“The Shift” in its most simple sense refers to a shift in consciousness. A shift in world-wide human consciousness to a higher level of being. A shift to a higher frequency, as I like to refer to it. Because I work with sound, I relate to things in that way. Everything is in motion, therefore everything has a frequency. Really big things like planets have low frequencies, small things like atoms have high frequencies. (All matter is energy at different frequencies. Solids are extremely low, gasses are extremely high.) We as humans fall somewhere in the middle. Audible sound only makes up a small part of the spectrum of frequencies. Visible light also makes up only a part. (When I use the words “audible” and “visible” I am referring to humans. Animals and other beings can hear sounds that we can’t, ie. Dog whistles, Bat radar, dolphin-speak, etc. I’m sure there are beings that can see colors that we can’t perceive as well.) Humans also have a variable range to some degree. What this “Frequency Shift” refers to, is the rising human frequency. When we are at a higher frequency (as in meditation), we have access to different information. We also might be able to see things that we couldn’t see before. The easiest way to explain this is that it’s like a radio. All of the frequencies of the different stations are there all the time, it’s just a matter of what we tune to. Now, while meditation does cause a Frequency Shift, the difference with the Big Shift is that it will be world-wide. Now, there are two theories to what will happen.

One theory is that everyone will simultaneously move to a higher frequency and instantly be at a higher awareness level. The awareness that we really are all one. The awareness that love is the most important thing, nay, the only thing. Following this awareness will be the end of all things not in conjunction with these two main concepts.

Another theory is that only those who are working to raise their consciousness level, will actually experience this Frequency Shift. They will be aware of the two main concepts, but everyone else will stay where they are until they work to realize it for themselves. Since the ones who have shifted will be moving to a higher frequency, they will actually disappear, to the rest. This is where the concept of The Rapture comes in, only it’s not about whether or not you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal savior or not. (Jesus is cool in my book, but even he disagrees that the only way to salvation is through him). The ones who “get it” will move to the higher frequency, the ones who “don’t get it” will perceive them as disappearing and, no doubt, Christians will see that as a sign that the end of the world is here, and there will be chaos, and “those left behind” will continue to fight for Religion and Government and Money.

So whether you see this as the return to Eden or the Apocalypse, or whether or not it happens in December of 2012, it is not the End of The World, just the end of the World as we know it.

God Exists

Do you know how I know God exists? One of the reasons (and there are many) I know God exists is that we haven't destroyed ourselves yet. I've heard it said that we are the only species smart enough to destroy ourselves. If everything was random and we just so happened to be here by accident, and everything is chaos, we would have destroyed this planet and everyone on it by now. Why hasn't it happened yet? God. I know what you're thinking: "You believe God is watching over us and he won't let us destroy ourselves. He's there, protecting us, to help us avert danger." WRONG!! God is not looking down on us in dissappointment, like some parent letting their child learn from its mistakes, hoping we'll smarten up. As the Joker says, "It's all part of the plan." Everything "bad" going on in the world right now is supposed to happen (yes, even what happens every leap year in November). Why? (Why do bad things happen to good people?) Because it must. Because the nature of the Universe (God) is to be infinite. Or perhaps I should refer to it as the Omniverse. God must experience, through us, this Infinity. If there is something that never happens (ie. pain, suffering), then there is a limit to that infinity. If something did not exist, then there would be a hole in God. Pain and suffering is not how we earn our way into Heaven, it is us participating in our portion of the Infinity of God.

So there you have it:
No God = we'd all be dead.
God = we are all a part of God experiencing Infinity
